Dust and panic

Well, then – there we are, Britain has voted to leave the EU and everyone is being told to keep calm and carry on. On Facebook everyone is now a politician and the discussions I overheard on my way in to work this morning were as amusing as they were predictable. I’m sure there will be a chaos initially, whilst the dust settles, but I have no doubt plucky lil’ Old Blighty will find a way of negotiating even these somewhat choppy waters. I think there’s more panic amongst the remaining member states, to be fair, and with good cause too.

So I’m approaching Midsummer in my customary cheerful manner and looking forward to celebrating with B, the same procedure as last year.
